With approximately 11 years of business experience within the Asheville area, Phoenix Properties was originally created by two local realtors who saw a need for this service. Then, about six years ago, current owner Pat Puckridge bought Phoenix Properties from its founding owners as an addition to her already existing realty business. Pat has managed properties for about 9 years in the Asheville area. She is a native of Asheville and considers herself a "walking Chamber of Commerce". Pat’s business partner, Donna Prinz, is also a native of Asheville. Donna has been in the construction business for 27 years.
